Thank you for your interest in L’Abri de Malaucène. Please read our booking terms carefully before confirming any reservation. By booking a stay, you fully agree to the following conditions.
1. Booking
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
Every request will be followed by written confirmation from us.
A reservation is only considered final once:
it has been confirmed in writing by us, and
the requested deposit has been received (see section 3).
2. Rates
Rental rates vary depending on:
the period (high season, low season, public holidays, school holidays),
the length of stay,
local events.
The exact rate will be communicated at the time of the booking request.
All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Additional charges may apply for certain services (e.g. cleaning, linens, etc.).
3. Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay amount is required to confirm your reservation.
This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days of confirmation.
Our bank details (IBAN) will be sent to you by email.
4. Balance Payment
The balance must be paid no later than 21 days before your arrival.
If payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
5. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained.
Less than 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the deposit is retained, and the balance may still be required.
6. Security Deposit / Damage Deposit
A security deposit (amount specified in the contract or confirmation email) may be requested upon arrival.
It will be returned at the end of your stay, minus any charges for damage or exceptional cleaning.
7. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Please respect these times to ensure the best possible welcome.
8. House Rules
The property is non-smoking indoors.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed.
Peace and respect for the premises are required throughout the stay.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of booking.
